By shopping at thehurrasociety.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders

• An order is valid once payment has been confirmed by the Midtrans payment system.
• Prices are those shown on the website when the order is placed, in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable; in that case the payment is refunded in full.

Payment

• Payments are processed by Midtrans via bank Virtual Account or QRIS. The Hurra Society does not store your bank or card details.
• Payment must be completed within 24 hours of placing the order. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after this time.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are calculated by destination and shown before payment.
• Please make sure your address and WhatsApp number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

Other

• Product colours in photos may differ slightly from the actual item due to screen settings.
• Questions about your order can be sent via the WhatsApp number or email listed on our Contact page.
